    Video Cloud Basics: Viewing the Brightcove System Status Page

    In this topic you will learn how to view the Brightcove System Status page.
     

    Steps

    1. To access the Brightcove System Status page, from inside Video Cloud Studio, click Support > System Status or go to status.brightcove.com.

    Incident Status will be one of the following:

    • Green - Operational
    • Blue - Notification - systems are currently in operation but affected by delays or intermittent outages
    • Yellow - Partial Service Disruption
    • Red - Full Service Disruption
