Video Cloud Basics: Viewing the Brightcove System Status Page
Steps
- To access the Brightcove System Status page, from inside Video Cloud Studio, click Support > System Status or go to status.brightcove.com.
Incident Status will be one of the following:
- Green - Operational
- Blue - Notification - systems are currently in operation but affected by delays or intermittent outages
- Yellow - Partial Service Disruption
- Red - Full Service Disruption
